These are all portions of the recordings from actual weddings I have DJed. As a result, keep in mind these include a good number of requests on behalf of the couple, meaning no two weddings will ever be the same in this regard.

This was a fun Brooklyn rooftop wedding for a crowd that was open to go a little bit of left of center. This is a good overview of what I might play in a context where I have a good amount of leeway.

You can't go wrong with the classics! This was a segment that touches on some disco and r n' b classics, incorporates newer songs that pay homage to this era, and pulls from some classic 90s dance as well

Sometimes modern couples want to go all out on high-energy tunes! I was tasked with playing "Bangers Only!" on a yacht in this instance for a couple that had roots in Miami, so Mr. 305 featured heavily. This is largely a quick hitter mix of the biggest EDM tunes plus some modern remixes of wedding classics, but considering how vast the world of EDM is now, I can maintain this level with lesser known favorites or more sub-genre specific choices if desired.

The full arc of dancing for a wedding where mostly classic tunes were requested, the bulk of which were disco songs, some with a cheeky flair, as well 90's dance club classics. There was also a healthy amount of latin songs peppered in to accommodate guests who had traveled from afar.

This was an extended segment from a couple who wanted a lot of throwback classics that reminded them of their days going to clubs. This is what I was playing more often than not when I started in clubs, so I consider myself very knowledgeable in this area!

Sometimes people want a very subdued, reflective atmosphere for dinner, other times people want to keep it a bit peppy so as to keep people energized throughout. This snippet reflects a couple who was inclined to do the latter.

This is an hour long snippet from a wedding that goes from the dining portion into dancing, so you can get a sense of some of the more eclectic numbers that might get played while people are eating or conversing and how that could transition into a dance party.

This was for a very diverse crowd that wanted the majority of songs to be R&B, hip hop, and throwback classics, as well as 80s pop hits. It starts as a warm-up / no pressure dance set then raises the energy a little after the first course dipping back into dining music.

I have many recordings of them plus genre-specific mixes available, just ask if you’d like to hear more and I’m happy to send along! Here are a lot of those sure fire tunes though plus a few of my favorite cocktail / dinner friendly songs.
